This workshop will cover impact management at the beginning of the investment process, prior to actual transactions.
It will start with basic concepts and methodologies of impact assessment and reporting as well as support participants in establishing the link between non-financial indicators and the mission or policy of the funder.
The workshop will also cover the application of IMM approaches in practice. This includes the drafting of impact analyses or the analysis of a specific sector.
Furthermore, impact management guidelines and frameworks (e.g., theory of change) as well as tools for market screening and impact due diligence will be shared.
