EaSI Technical Assistance

To further build the emerging European social enterprise finance sector and to facilitate access to EaSI financial instruments, the European Commission has selected the European Center for Social Finance to provide technical assistance focused on building capacity in Europe

OECD Respond –Rebuild – Reinvent

The Respond Rebuild Reinvent (RRR) project was one of six Peer Learning Partnerships in the OECD Global Action, "Promoting Social and Solidarity Economy Ecosystems," funded by the EU’s Foreign Partnership Instrument. It aimed to foster knowledge exchange among city administrations and Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) stakeholders to improve cross-sector collaboration, address COVID-19 challenges, and co-create integrated support systems for SSE growth.

Oikocredit

Due to changes in the regulatory environment, Oikocredit Germany, one of the most established international impact investors needed to restructure its operations in Germany. ECSF supported in this process together with Nordlicht Consultants.

JP Morgan Chase Foundation Impact Evaluation

ECSF supported the evaluation of JP Morgan Chase Grants for business growth and entrepreneurship in the EMEA region.

EXIST- Potentiale

The project aimed to establish a focus on social and female entrepreneurship at Munich Business School / Germany. It targeted individuals who intentionally want to create social value through entrepreneurial approaches, covering areas such as social entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurship, and diversity in entrepreneurship.

Impact Investing and Human Rights

For the European Parliament, ECSF undertook an in-depth analysis discussing the impact investing industry in the context of human rights and analysed central aspects of the concept such as financing instruments, the impact measurement process or the impact logic of the investors

Social Business Evaluation

ECSF participated in the ex-post evaluation of the Impact of the European Commission’s Social Business Initiative (SBI) and its Follow-up Actions.

Training activities for FEBEA

ECSF is the research and training partner for the European Federation of Ethical and Alternative Banks and Financiers.

EEA YES!

Young Entrepreneurs Succeed (YES!) is a collaborative partnership of eight public and private organizations from Germany, Greece, Italy, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom, all dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship among underserved youth. YES! offers young people in Greece, Poland, Italy, and Spain who are not in education, employment, or training a range of services to help them launch and grow businesses or find employment opportunities.

We are coordinating the Erasmus programme for Ukrainian entrepreneurs based in Germany.
